Back To Work

What's good! Thanks for all the kick ass titles for this track. I loved hearing what y'all thought. Here's what I picked:
"Back To Work" would be my choice... this feels like a "slaving the day away" kinda flow... like being on a trolley or bus headed in and swiping your work card... swiping out and riding that same route home... really feels like that kinda vibe and that'd be my choice for it..." DamienStryker
Thanks dude! I actually wrote this verse on the L in Chicago on my way to work so something about it just feels right. I really appreciated your thoughts on it. Rock. Others I loved were:
"Ignite the Mic" - this was definitely the most popular choice and was a close second.
"Until It Actually Happens"
"Unstoppable Swagger By A Short Man" - I have no idea if this was a suggestion or just a comment but either way it's rad.
Thanks again everybody. More tracks from me to come. Some of y'all have asked for me to post the lyrics. For sure. I so appreciate that people care about what the actual words are. Excellent of you.
"Permanent resident of planet evident mic resonance
An asterisk fixed after every sentence when my edit is in
ConEdison can't light the mic like I do it
Try to write like I do, you ain't fluent in fluid
You must be shroomin'
Tripping off my cliff notes
Choked by bad flows in my misquotes
I won't listen
I only let my lips boast
At most to your approach I can't even come this close
I won't lie I don't even try
Because the only words to rhymes that I remember are mine
The most intricate interested intellect in business yet
Hot rhyming like a scarf let me rap around your neck
Insects don't bug me
I ain't down with heights
I'm not big on small talk and I don't like fights
The whitest thing you've ever seen since the lights
So just let m ignite the mic aiiiighht!
I'm at the height of this and it's only 5 foot 5
I cook up til I'm high
Rhyming with a glaze in my eye
I got a habit
Of making shit happen when I'm rapping
And leave the last cat clapping in the club in Manhattan
All the other addicts of attraction wonder where the crowds been
I got the rock how 'bout that man.
I am unstoppable
Impossible to topple
Ted Copal discuss my topics puffin' crops up in the hospital
The doctor bills inflated
Not covered outdated
Blatantly sedated patient with no patience kid
I ain't ever shot a gun or even cut someone
But sure as fuck I'm gonna make the ink run before I'm done
I'm taking stabs at it with a pen
And the bics get bent in my rhymes by the time I'm at the end
I'm a friend to the poet
Advocate of unknown
Speaker to the people
Servant of the microphone
I'm a seeker of truth
Manipulator of fate
Follower of some God
Questioner of faith
a skid mark
In the ass crack of bad rappers
Ass backwards in this game but filled with passion
Presently a had-been
Writing my writes on napkins
Asking for action
And acting in every day until it actually happens."
